Technical Administrator – Part Time

Have you got experience within the food or fresh produce environment? Have you dealt with technical reports, documents and specifications? Are you looking from a part time Administration role within a very friendly environment? This could be the ideal role for you.

This large Fresh Produce company is looking for a Technical Administrator due to increased growth and expansion. Reporting directly into the Technical Manager the main purpose of this role is to support the Technical Department through the completion of administrative tasks in an accurate and timely fashion.

Key Accountabilities

• Production of KPI reports for the retailer

• Collation of information and production of statistical analysis for customers using spreadsheets

• Compilation and production of the product rejection report

• Compilation and production of the customer complaints received

• Review and update product specifications as advised by the Technical Managers

Person Profile

As the ideal candidate you will have experience within the fresh produce environment within a Technical / Quality capacity. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal coupled with a very keen eye for detail, outstanding computer skills and the ability to work within a team.
