Maintenance Team Leader required to join the team working within a company that design and manufacture high performance composite bespoke and standard products. Based in Oxfordshire working Days; Salary £28,000 The Electrical biased Maintenance Team leader will have excellent Supervisory skills and is required to lead a Maintenance Team within a Manufacturing environment.
The Maintenance Team leader / Engineering Supervisor will act as the single point of contact for all engineering/automation issues and be responsible for providing first line technical leadership, guidance and support for all maintenance/repair issues. Co-ordinate the maintenance plan for plant and equipment. Take a hands on approach for day to day electrical and mechanical maintenance, motivate, develop and lead a small team, scheduling and prioritising work loads, carry out risk assessments, manage shift activities, improve KPI's and implement continuous improvements
This position is commutable from Daventry, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon, Banbury and Coventry.
