Insolvency/Restructuring Associate - London
The London office of this large national practice is currently seeking an Insolvency/Restructuring solicitor to join its flourishing department. This team of insolvency specialists regularly act on complex or multi-jurisdictional insolvencies involving cross border and conflicts insolvency matters, voluntary liquidations, striking off applications, LPA receiverships, CVAs, re-organisations & restructurings and more. You will work with colleagues across the firm, particularly within the corporate, banking and finance teams, providing high quality legal advice on debt management, restructuring and workout advice. The team has a very diverse client list to include liquidators, administrators, receivers, accountancy practices, administrators, pensions trustees, charity trustees, equity investors, local authorities banks and other lenders. The firm is seeking to expand its already high profile in this area and as such, the ideal candidate will have gained at least 3 yrs solid insolvency experiences with a well established / highly regarded practice.
