DEPUTY DOMICILIARY MANAGER FOR NORTH SOMERSET CONTRACT – NVQ LEVEL 3 IN SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS EXCELLENT RESIDENTIAL HOME CARE MANAGEMENT ROLE
Eclypse Recruitment is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager with a strong background in Domiciliary Care and Care Homes to work for a Care at Home business in the North Somerset and Bridgewater area.
Our client is looking for someone who is experienced in Domiciliary Care or Residential Care for their North Somerset contract.
The essential criteria for this role:-
NVQ Level 3 in Supervisory Management is Essential and
NVQ Level 4 / Leadership in Management Award is Ideal
The successful deputy manager will undertake the following responsibilities:-
1. To manage the staff team effectively and ensure staff are well supported
2. Ensure that all referrals are co-ordinated and resulting communications with purchasers
3. Ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements are met
4. Actively seeks opportunities to promote and develop the Company
5. Ensure that senior staff have monthly supervisions and the relevant training
6. Ensures that all requirements of the service specification are met
These are just some of the duties the deputy manager will have to undertake who will be reporting directly to the Area Manager for the company.
The company own many nursing and residential homes, however, this branch of our clients portfolio specialise specifically for Care at Home programmes.
This role will offer a competitive salary of between £19,300 and £21,400 dependent upon qualifications and experience.
