£22000 - £26000 + 27 days holiday, bonus, pension
We currently have a very good opportunity for a CRM analyst to join a large blue chip in the Financial Services. The role fits within the CRM team that currently have the Salesforce.com CRM system in place and they are looking to embed across the business in order to monitor sales and business performance. The Analyst will be responsible for analysing sales data and business performance data and working with the Salesforce CRM system embedding it across the business.
The CRM Analyst must have a proven background in:
MI Analytics Excellent communication skills with experience of presenting to Senior Stakeholders. Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience. A large corporate organisation would be highly desired. Project Management skills are advantageous
