IT Manager
IT Manager required for fast growing technology company that provides both IT and voice solutions to the SME and Corporate sector.
Our client is an award winning specialist in IP communications, systems integration and applications development with over 25 years worth of experience. The core offerings are segmented into IP Telephony (VoIP) and Contact Centres, Voice and Data Networking and Software Applications (such as CRM).
The role will be to take responsibility for the NOC, IT and carrier services teams for both internal and external clients. In addition provide input on recommending products from vendors for inclusion in the company's product portfolio.
Key responsibility will to assist in the design and implementation of the companies hosting platform.
Applicants must have experience of managing a technical team within an IT or Telecoms organisation, plus have worked in a hands-on technical capacity. In addition must have Microsoft & ITIL qualifications.
