My client, a leading IT services provider are currently recruiting a Knowledge Analyst to join their team in Pudsey on an initial 6 month contract.
You will be responsible for the effective testing of toolset ahead of any new release, ensuring that knowledge base information is current and accurate. This will be done by reviewing analyst revisions prior to submission and ensuring that new technical information is included in a swift and timely way. Alongside this you will be maintain and improve the Knowledge Management systems and processes. You will make a significant contribution to developing and expanding the role, responsibilities and successes of technical support within CITSD.
You must possess a good understanding of an IT Service Desk environment, have a proven systematic and analytical approach to problem solving, and have the ability to transform findings into deliverable solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong learning ability are a necessity for this position. Furthermore you must be confident in your own ability, a self motivated individual who has the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy/attention to detail. You must be a strong team player and be competent in providing an excellent level of service to both colleagues and customers.
A good understanding of SMART, KnowIT, OrderIT, experience of managing stakeholders and modifying behaviour to meet their needs is a necessity for this role.
