A Fantastic opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join a large blue chip company in Reading
The client requires a proficient user of Excel, with strong administration and analytical skills, ideally demonstrated in a blue chip company
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and cutting complex annual pay review spreadsheets for different business areas, including collation and checking accuracy of pay review spreadsheets
- Working across HR Services, Operations and Reward teams
- Uploading bonus data into access database, monthly template issuing etc. and rollout
Key skills required:
- Fluent user of Excel, including complex pivot tables, V-Lookups and spreadsheet consolidation.
- Strong abilities in working with Access databases
- Analytical mind with a high attention to detail
- Able to work in a Matrix environment - working with several teams all providing data
This role may require occasional travel between office locations
