Gastro pub/fine dining restaurant based in East Dorset require a Chef de partie addition to their brigade of 5. The well known and established restaurant with rooms is based near Wimbourne. It is a stylish, classic venue with a contemporary twist. The decor is luscious, the food worth boasting about and it’s always service with a smile!

Clientele: Regular customers returning again and again. Weekenders, business functions and small weddings.

Restaurant: 2 Rosettes looking to push for Michelin. Excellent standards. Fresh produce all locally sourced, cooked from fresh and up-to-date style with trends. Seasonal menus changed 5-6 times yearly. Indoor and outdoor eating areas.

Position: Chef de partie with rosette background. Candidate must be passionate and want to progress. Ideal Chef de partie will have flare and want to be creative. Current brigade consists of 5. Additional chef de partie required to fit in with lively existing team. Excellent Head Chef wants to assist with the progression of suitable candidate. 2 Rosette experience is essential. Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner so shift work expected.

Package: Chef de Partie = £16-18k dep on exp + TIPS + Accommodation
