Customer Service Advisor – Permanent or Contract
Portsmouth, Hampshire
£15,000 - £16,000 Plus up to 10% Annual Bonus
Our client is the UK’s largest independent leasing and fleet management company, with more than 50 years’ experience in the automotive industry. They are now looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a permanent or maternity cover basis.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver exceptional results to drivers and fleet managers. Taking ownership or escalating queries when required, you will ensure that business objectives are achieved by delivering a professional service to current and prospective customers.
Your duties will include:
- Taking driver queries by phone and email and offering support regarding vehicle policy
- Updating in house and client systems with driver and client information
- Assist colleagues with customer and internal queries for Customer Services and other areas of the business
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor, you must have proven experience of providing telephone support in a customer service role, ideally gained within a call centre environment.
Additionally, you will need to be an excellent communicator, knowledgeable and resilient. You should be a resourceful team member with good organisational skills and a strong customer focus.
