I am currently looking for a strong sous chef for a stunning hotel with a fine dining restaurant on the Scottish Borders
I am seeking a sous chef who has ideally 1 Rosette experience and someone who has strong management skills
The successful sous chef will be working directly under the newly appointed head chef, managing a team of 7 chefs, you will be mainly involved in the day to day running of the kitchen
