Kite recruitment is assisting a leading not for profit organisation in South Wales in the recruitment of a Finance / Business Services Manager

Due to the retirement of a long term employee of this organisation, they are seeking to employ a suitably experienced Finance / Business Services Manager to help manage and develop the business and finance side of the organisation.

The organisation will offer an excellent working environment and a very supportive staff and management.

Job Purpose:

• To manage all aspects of Finance and Business services to ensure an efficient service is provided.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven line management skills and able to work well as a member of the Team.

• Ability to meet demanding targets with enthusiasm and commitment.

• Experience of managing Business Services.

• Financial planning

• Experience of financial procedures, planning and managing budgets.

• Experience and understanding of ICT and computerised accounting / payroll systems / packages.

• A relevant professional qualification

• Welsh speaking

£30,000 - £35,000k per annum
