Customer Service Advisor (Permanent/ Full time)
Responsibilities:
* Proactively respond to incoming calls providing customers with correct and professional medical advice.
* Take full responsibility for enquiries from start to finish and provide high quality customer service.
* Use the most appropriate methods of contact to communicate with customers, IE phone, email or fax.
* Maintain and update customer records and ensure that these are up to date and precise.
* Actively find out information from customers to resolve the customer query effectively and in the most efficient way.
* Liaise with other department/ clients to resolve and provide efficient and excellent customer service.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience of giving excellent customer care and service.
* Excellent communication skills over the phone and via email.
* Good problem solver and able to work well under pressure.
* Strong PC skills.
* Professional telephone manner.
* Able to work on a shift pattern (35 hours per week between 7am – 7pm, Sunday to Sunday, including bank holidays)
* Experience in a medical/ debt recovery background is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of a second language is highly desirable but not essential.
16,150 + Shift Allowance (Overall package - £20,000)
