Our client is the UK’s biggest and most successful award-winning travel recruitment company. An opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Manchester.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working to targets, has a flair for building and maintaining strong industry relationships, and thrives under pressure.
As a Sales Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant you’ll be responsible for assisting leading travel companies to find quality and experienced travel professionals.
In this highly varied position, you will work to targets on a weekly and monthly basis, and assist a range of travel companies to find the best candidates for their roles. This will involve account management, business development and interviewing potential candidates.
To be considered, you must have:
- experience in the travel or recruitment industry
- an exceptional sales track record
- a proven track record of achieving targets
Additionally, as a Sales Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant you will need to be an excellent communicator who is able to converse at the highest levels. A highly motivated approach and strong time management skills are also needed.
Whilst not essential, it would be beneficial to your application if you have account management or team management experience, and/or education above GCSE (or equivalent) level.
