Job Details
We are currently looking to recruit a number of cost engineers for senior positions on Crossrail.
The successful candidates will be charged with the following duties: (list not exhaustive)
Performing cost estimating, analysis, and control activities.
Performing schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring activities.
Supporting project organizational and administrative activities, when delegated.
Supervising and provides technical direction for cost engineering and/or
planning/scheduling activities, when delegated.
Ensuring work is completed as scheduled.
Identifying trends for management attention.
To apply for this role you must meet the following criteria:
Proven cost engineering experience within a rail/heavy civils environment
Knowledge and experience of cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis,
both site and office based
Knowledge of project controls
Capable in direction of non-technical and technical personnel
A relevant formal qualification
Strong interpersonal skills
