Assistant Communication Manager
My client a leading bank are searching for an Assistant Communication Manager who will be responsible for:
Writing/producing communications for a range of media to deliver effective communication plans
Proactively suggest most appropriate communication channel for maximum impact and engagement
Turn complex information into easy to understand communications, relevant for the audience
Key Capabilities/Knowledge:
Excellent knowledge of the full range of communication vehicles (face to face, electronic, print and broadcast) and proven track record of delivering these with imagination and creative flair
Ability to understand the power of effective communication channels and their impact on employee engagement and business performance
A proven track record in delivery of effective communication channels
Expertise in writing, proofing and editing material and presenting plans to senior executives.
Proven track record of collaborative working, building strong working relationships
Proven ability to manage risk effectively and to implement appropriate mitigation strategies
Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills with a talent for turning complex information into brief, relevant and engaging formats.
Ability to operate and influence in a complex and diverse stakeholder environment
