If so then this could be the ideal role for you!We are currently recruiting an HR Manager for one of our technology clients who are leaders in their field, offering a world class service.The main purpose of this role is:To formulate and deliver Group HR and employee benefits policyTo support and coach the Board of Directors and all line managers in the effective management and development of their employeesTo work in partnership with the business to ensure adherence to employment legislationTo oversee line management of a small teamYou will report to the Finance Director and be responsible for:Providing HR support and advice throughout the organisationManaging the company performance management and appraisal process Managing the identification and implementation of training and development plans Maintaining and monitoring the company benefit schemeChecking of the global company payrollsManaging the recruitment process and activities across the companyMaintaining all company employment policiesTo be considered for this role it is essential that you have solid current experience in a generalist HR role. You must be CIPD qualified and possess a generalist HR skill set. You will have sound technical knowledge of Employment Law legislation and be confident in dealing with people at all levels. Previous experience in managing a small team, ideally within an SME is extremely desirable. Whilst it is by no means essential, if you happen to have any experience of providing HR Support to offices outside the UK it would certainly be beneficial.This is a very hands-on operational role and you must be able to work proactively and have the ability to "think on your feet".If you are interested in this role and have the above experience the please send your CV to Fiona Lynch.
