A Nursery Manager is needed to join a prestigious and successful nursery in the Southall area.
This is a great opportunity for a Manager with experience or a Deputy manager looking for a step into management.
The nursery is a large, bright and modern with access to the centres facilities and luscious grounds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the general running of the nursery including;
Staffing – the monitoring, training, assessing, recruitment, etc
Devising and overseeing all planning, activities, rotas and key working
Budgets and financing, including purchasing of equipment, food etc
Parent Liaison
Multi agency meetings and much much more.
All candidates should have the following:
A minimum of an NVQ3 or equivalent
At least 5 years experience in a Deputy role or 3 years as a manager
A full theoretical and working knowledge of the early year’s curriculum
Experience planning rotas
Be able to work a 40 hour week on a rota basis.
