Our client is looking for a motivated, forward thinking, enthusiastic, creative Sous Chef, to join our dynamic brigade, in this well established and distinctive restaurant.
The successful candidate will need to be innovative, flexible and committed with a passion for excellent food, ingredients and service. The candidate will also be required to maintain and improve a high quality whilst under pressure. A professional "can do" attitude is essential.
The role will involve effectively managing and running the kitchen brigade of 15 chefs, alongside the Head Chef, whilst also ensuring that the kitchen meets all health and safety/food hygiene laws.
You will need to have held a similar position in a comparable establishment and have solid leadership and training/mentoring qualities, a strong grasp of kitchen management and budget control and be a bold team player. If you are ready to seize the challenge to work within an exciting

You will have come from working in a strong kitchen brigade where you have demonstrated excellent leadership skills kitchen management and budget controls. You will need to have a love and a passion for food. preferably you will have come from a Rosette background.
Salary: £23,500 pa
