Customer Service Advisor (face2face) Motor Industry
Our client is a successful and very well know car dealership based in Newton Abbot, they are looking for a non Technical customer service advisor to great customers entering the dealership, ensuring the current customers are aware of all of their services and to deal with any requests for additional parts. The suitable applicant will be responsible for calling existing clients making them aware of any completion of work to their car and arranging a time for them to come and collect. You will also be responsible for the calculation pf parts order (from in house system) Other duties include
• Administration
• Customer service
• Ordering in specific parts
• Greeting customers
• Answering customer service queries via the telephone
Annual Salary is between £16,000 - £18,000 working Monday to Friday with average hours of around 37.5
