From £33,000 depending on experience
Flexible hours ie sessional work up to 3 days a week, salary will be on a pro rata basis
Our Client is the leading independent Mental Health Hospital in Central London providing a range of specialist individually-tailored treatments for all mental health and emotional issues through inpatient, day care and outpatient services.
An exciting opportunity exists for a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our Client's Therapy Team in North London. As a CBT Therapist you will be an integral part of the team delivering CBT groups and individual sessions. Service streams include general psychiatry, eating disorders and addictions.
The ideal candidate will have a Post Graduate Diploma or MSc in CBT and be BABCP recognised. You should have post qualification experience working therapeutically with clients with mental health problems and be confident facilitating open groups as well as individual work. You must be an enthusiastic team player and be committed to quality patient care.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- To prepare and deliver group therapy as key facilitator and/or co-facilitator;
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team in reviewing and adapting the therapy programme to meet patients needs;
- Ensure the therapy programme is effective and provides a range of therapeutic approaches appropriate for patients
