Are you an Estate Agent Branch Manager with a proven track record in Estate Agency? This is an exciting opportunity for a prestigious Estate Agent to develop their career with an established, forward thinking independent Estate Agency who are now searching for an Estate Agent Branch Manager in the London Borough of Redbridge.

The Role:

• You will manage the day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services.

• You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.

• Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets

• Setting and reviewing performance standards

• Development of team members

• Implementing agreed business plans

• Listing and selling properties

• Maintain a compliant business

• Initial point of contact with prospective clients

You will be a driven individual with great communication skills to enable the best from your team. This is a great opportunity for a sales driven manager to build your own team and devlop them to a successful oufit.
