This position is an unmissable opportunity for an established Deputy Home Manager seeking progression or an experienced Home Manager seeking their next exciting challenge.
Candidates must have the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve given objectives and targets.
As the home manager you will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the statutory requirements associated in caring for others. You will have the dedication and motivation to move the home forward, maintaining high standards and developing ongoing relations with CQC and other governing bodies
* * Completion of NVQ 4 / RMA or equivalent is also advantageous **
