SAP HR Managing Consultant (UK Payroll)
My Blue Chip Client is currently actively increasing its portfolio of calibre SAP HR Functional Managing Consultants.
The Ideal candidates will be able to meet the following objectives;
Analysis of business requirements, Design and implementation of full solutions, Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues, Coach and develop skills within a project team, Work effectively in mixed Client and Consultancy teams.
With regard to competencies, the ideal candidates will;
Fully understands commercial accountability on project and takes responsibility for ensuring that commitments are met within the margin objectives for the piece of work, Can demonstrate leadership and social competence across Lines of Business's and at multiple clients, Use good judgment to quickly make difficult decisions, Can effectively hold a one-to-one interview or meeting with client senior management levels, be aware of commercial arrangements with a client in the context of the business development an glesbeing pursued and contributes to these as appropriate, drive a multi disciplined group including members from all Lines of Business to achieve the required results, ensure Content Excellence, Coach others using there detailed knowledge and experience of Axon methodology gained by working on multiple projects, be able to help a client identify best practice solutions where conflicting requirements exist, be able to gain access to knowledge(internally and externally) and keeps up to date with developments in area of content knowledge, Creatively use experience from other clients when completing process design, will deliver complex solutions across a variety of different industry sectors, will maintain senior management interest and buy-in to the process and provides real challenge and pace to a project, design a programme and delivery plan for an overall project or phase within a major programme, take an active part in the risk identification and mitigation process across all project activities, build strong relationships with senior client management based on trust and credibility, be able to give strong feedback and coaching to enhance the performance of client or Axon team members in potentially difficult situations, contribute to the preparation of complex proposals ensuring that client needs are met, Understand the legal components of a bid and can contribute to legal review and risk management, Identify and pursue opportunities within existing clients that are within capabilities.
With respect to Skills/Knowledge/Experience, you will be expected to have;
Minimum 5years hands on HR configuration, Excellent communication skills for specification/enhancement writing for HR ABAPers, UK HR Payroll experience, Multi-site implementation experience, Minimum 2 full project life cycles, Ability to run pre-sales demonstrations and write proposals, Knowledge of SAP functional modules, De-bugging skills, Must have strong SAP Personnel Administration and Organizational Management skills, Language skills or project experience outside the UK, 3 years client facing experience.
