Digital Project Manager

Objectives:
*Responsible for EU IT group wide strategic projects in the area of Interactive Marketing.
*Active partnership with marketing clients, to identify business improvement opportunities that impact the bottom line.
*Drives standardization across EUG and alignment with Global Processes and tools.
Responsibilities:
*Opportunity Identification and Business Engagement: Proactively identify opportunities to add value to the business through an understanding of how IT improves business results. Actively engage with senior leaders in the Marketing function across EUG, focusing on business process improvements utilizing the exploitation of technology. Leverage global technology and build value creating relationships with other group's interactive and marketing leads.
*Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements (eg functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) working closely with the business. Challenge current thinking, prioritize and validate the requirements. Working with the business, develop business cases and recommendations for approval by senior Marketing Management. Actively engage/influence Atlanta to ensure European requirements are prioritized and incorporated within global applications.
*Project Management: Responsible for the execution (on scope, on time, on budget) of all assigned projects, leveraging shared services resources where possible. Be fully proficient in the PMO process. Responsible for the implementation budgets of the assigned projects. Engage internal and external vendors as appropriate. Ensure active business ownership and engagement.
*Testing, Data Conversions and Support: Develop testing, implementation, data conversion and application support strategies. Ensure application meets original specification. As needed, perform system and integration testing including the functionality, performance and fit. Document user procedures and system tasks. Own transition of application to Shared Applications Services Support team.
*Training: Conduct training or train the trainer sessions working closely with Business Sponsors. Ensure business users understand the system and can use it effectively in the way it was designed.
*Exploitation: Plan, develop, and deliver exploitation programs in the specific areas.
Experience:
Strong technical infrastructure overview
Understanding of FTP, DNS, SSL, Oracle, Unix, SQLserver technologies and web-services
General server hosting environment knowledge
Broad understanding of Web 2.0 technologies, collaboration tools, open-source, social networks, social media marketing, SEO, CMS, Flash-based sites, iframe constructs, ajax, HTML.
Possess strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to clearly and comfortably communicate to all levels of management to both Interactive and IT business units, adjusting the approach and presentational style to suit the audience.
Strong program/project management skills, maintain task lists, multi-task, flexible on work time, ability to work under pressure deadlines.
Strong time management skills that enable the management of multiple projects
Familiarity with Agile project management methodology (used by a number of agencies)
