Occupational Health Nurse/Advisor, Northampton (single site) permanent, F/T
We are currently looking to appoint an Occupational Health Advisor to work on-site in a manufacturing setting in Northampton.
You will be a registered Nurse and have completed an Occupational Health qualification and be competent working autonomously. This is a Full time opportunity and ideal hours of work will be approximately 6:00am - 2:30pm, there is some flexibility around this but mornings are a vital aspect of the role so you must be willing to work an early start/finish to be considered.
You will be managing the Occupational Health remit for circa 700 employees who work across a variety of roles, you must be able to provide; health screening services, health surveillance, manage under the absence control policy sickness absence and provide advice on guidance on a range of OH issues.
This is a fantastic role for an autonomous, confident Practitioner to join a forward thinking, pro-active organisation. Salary range £35,000 - £40,000pa plus benefits available to the successful candidate.
