My client, who runs a medium sized nursing home in Suffolk, is looking to recruit an experienced Home Manager.
As an experienced and qualified RGN you will ideally have previous care home management experience and be fully aware of CQC regulations. You will be responsible for the home from a financial, operational, marketing and management prespective. This home is due to have its next inspection in the next few months where it is expected to maintain its good reputation and status.
My client is looking for an individual who is able to motivate and lead a team of RGN's and HCA's and have a true passion for elderly nursing. In return my client is offering up to £38,000 Dependent on experience within an excellent working environment.
