Case Manager required in Bristol to work on a permanent, Full time basis. Nurses, Physiotherapist's or Occupational Therapists considered!

We are looking to appoint clinicians with experience in the following specialities; Paediatrics, Acquired Brain Injury, Rehab or Community for Case Management. This office based role exists within a provider of Rehabilitation and Case Management services to work from their office in Bristol and provide services to referred clients who may have a wide variety of conditions including catastrophic injuries.

You must have excellent report writing skills, be able to conduct in-depth telephone assessments and travel when required to conduct meetings and case reviews with clients. You must be commercially aware and be able to build business relationships.

You must be a registered clinician either RGN or HPC registered Physio or OT and ideally have worked in a commercial setting or be familiar with working to targets.
