Theatre Senior Sister - Orthopaedics

My client is part of a prestigious global healthcare provider with vast coverage in the UK. They are currently looking for a Theatre Staff Nurse specialist within Scrub and Anaesthetics to join their existing team in Surrey.

The theatre department practices all procedures apart from cardiac and neurology, with high portion of surgeries specialising in orthopaedics. It is essential that you have an excellent customer focus and be able to work on your own initiative & be an effective team member delivering the best service possible.

To contribute to the daily running of the operating theatre suite, ensuring the provision of the highest standards of care and services in keeping with the philosophies of the hospital and department, NMC Code of Conduct and the hospital policies and protocols and to deputise in the absence of the manager. You will have experience leading a team, be confident to motivate others with good communication skills to work effectively with team members and other departments in the hospital.
