Online Marketing Manager – London SW18 - £40-45k

An Online Marketing Manager is required for a recognised industry leader. My client creates, publishes, and distributes a wide range of stationery related products to the B2C and B2B markets.

The company is now looking to recruit an Online Marketing Manager. The role will be expected to progress into Marketing Director in 2012. In particular, a comprehensive knowledge of - and experience in - all aspects of online marketing is essential.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Define and implement e-commerce strategies across the firm’s trading activities
- All aspects of online marketing including search engine optimisation
- Writing product / message marketing copy
- All elements of the company’s marketing mix, especially internet usage
- B2B and B2C online marketing

The Online Marketing Manager will demonstrate experience of profitable product/services marketing across all online and offline media, with robust experience in developing and managing commercial website(s). They must also possess the following:
- Strong strategic planning & implementation skills, drawing in & on the rest on the management team
- An ambitious self-starter and "team player" with excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Fanatical regarding data-driven analysis to inform and drive profitability
- A level of working experience in traditional direct mail order marketing channels would be an advantage.
- A design aesthetic combined with an ability to oversee product presentation and write successful product/message marketing copy.
- Naturally, a high level of IT skills will be a prerequisite for any applicant.
- Evidence of entrepreneurial initiative & flair across the above is vital.

Salary - £40-45k by negotiation + profit share + pension + private Healthcare

Location – London / Home Counties / SW18 / Wandsworth
