Job Details
Heineken UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Planner to join their busy team at their Headquarters in South Gyle.
You will be the main point of contact for Heineken UK’s key customers and provide advice on all order processing & logistical matters
Key Responsibilities include:
•Reviewing, expediting and inputting customer orders through the Heineken UK supply chain.
•Ensure that orders are allocated to delivery routes which minimise costs incurred.
•Ensure that orders of major customer accounts are captured into SAP accurately.
•Manage order quantities, stock availability dates, source of supply, etc to meet set business cost and customer service targets.
•Analysis of data from various sources to assist in reporting KPI’s, maximising service levels or reducing costs.
You will be an experienced supply chain professional with a background in purchasing sales or logistics. You will be a confident communicator with strong relationship management and influencing skills combined with the ability to apply logical solutions in order to resolve issues
and complete tasks within tight deadlines. You will enjoy working as part of a busy team within a highly challenging environment. Competent IT skills are essential for this role and SAP experience would be a distinct advantage.
This position is offered on an initial 3 month contract basis, however this may be subject to extension.
