Management Development Trainees – Business Graduate Opportunity

Our client is the UK’s leading manufacturers of performance doors and doorsets for the Commecial sector and incorporates one of Europe’s most influential designers and manufacturers of office interior products. They are now looking to recruit two talented candidates to join their management development programme.
As a Management Development Trainee you will have the opportunity to work right through the core of the business in a multitude of functions, with the long-term objective of joining one of the company’s highly successful management teams. This will involve working at sites throughout the UK.
To be considered, you must have a 2:1 or above degree (or equivalent) in a business discipline. You will also need to demonstrate the drive and determination to succeed in a fast paced environment.
Additionally, as a Management Development Trainee you must have the ability to establish and maintain first class relationships with clients and key personnel, in addition to working on your own initiative to meet strict deadlines with minimum supervision.
Successful candidates will be required to attend an assessment centre 29th and 30th June 2010, which will include an evening reception.
