The Client:

An established national facilities maintenance services provider, with an enviable reputation of working on prestigious national and regional contracts.

The Role:

To successfully carry out Planned and Reactive maintenance, service and faultfinding on Electrical and Mechanical building services on a mobile basis throughout Bournemouth and surrounding areas. The role requires engineers to be quite resourceful and be able to turn their hand to almost anything building service related on a first fix basis. i.e BMS, generators, AHU's, electrical fault finding etc.

The Candidate:

Time served/qualified to a minimum C&G/NVQ in relevant Electrical discipline

17th Edition qualification

HVAC knowledge and experience

Any Gas and/or AC experience is desirable

Able to put their hand to anything building service related on a 1st fix basis

Strong customer care focus

Excellent communication skills (telephone manner as well as face to face)

Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements

Previous Building Services experience essential
