Signet is the world’s largest specialty retail jeweller by sales, with stores in the US, UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
We are now looking to recruit a Product Manager in Payment Options to join our Marketing team for a 3 month project based in our Head Offices in Borehamwood.
As an experienced Project Manager with cross functional skills, you’ll be required to co-ordinate all aspects of Signet’s payment option programme across all our established brands to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of agreed marketing plans, operations, legal compliance, colleague training and internal communications.
Essentially you’ll assume overall responsibility for the delivery of customer payment options within Signet. This will include payment products development, customer benefit review and development and payment options / Insurance customer contact strategy.
You’ll be responsible for optimising profit through payment product development, for payment product delivery in our stores (and online) as well as for all operations aspects of Payment Options delivery in-store, ranging from dealing with customer declines to system developments and implementation.
Communication is key in this role as you’ll liaise with internal teams across Signet (finance, marketing, retail operations, learning & development, E-commerce, IT etc) to agree strategic objectives/goals and implement campaigns.
In sum if you’re a confident and proactive self starter, ideally with a track record of managing numerous projects and ideally possessing a current working knowledge of legislation governing retail finance products then we want to hear more about what you can bring to our business.
