Job Details
A Yorkshire-based Local Authority are seeking a BSF Programme Manager to lead their Estates and Buildings team from August/September. This candidate will be reportingdirectly into the Head of Service for BSF as second in command providing expertise around Asset Management and Capital Programme procedures. Managing the Technical Advisers will be at the forefront of this role as welll as supporting the Head of Service in the development, monitoring and implementation of the BSF Programme.
The successful postholder will have a background in Capital Projects and Asset Management as well as extensive technical knowledge of BSF Programmes from a client-side perspective. Change Management and School Capital Commissioning experience will also be beneficial.
