Job Details

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager to manage a

team in the Sales and Technical department. The company stock and distribute security system products to sites across the UK. Based in offices in Blackpool the role is full time and permanent, Monday to Friday 8-5.30pm or 8.30-6pm.

This is a new role and it is primarily to assist the divisional manager with the day to day running of the office. The successful applicant will be the sole point of contact who will report and liaise with the divisional manager on any issues and the performance of the office. The department deals with around 400 enquiries from various sites and often there are tight deadlines to be met so applicants will need to demonstrate their time management and organisational skills. Communication skills are of upmost importance. Management experience is essential. Computer skills are required with a good working knowledge of word and excel.
