Investment Banking Administrator

£18,000 - £22,000 approx

If so this could be the position for you!! My client based in Chelmsford is currently looking for an Investment Banking Administrator with previous Financial Services experience to join them on a permanent basis. Ideally you will have worked within a processing environment or even better, would have worked within a transfers environment, and have unit trust and OEIC’s product knowledge.
As Investment Banking Administrator you will be part of a team specifically formed to deal with a range of transfers and re-registration tasks. You will be required to complete a variety of processes, ensuring that strict FSA regulations are adhered to at all times. Specific tasks will include liaising with Fund Managers and Intermediaries to obtain transfer information regarding outstanding transfers, providing guidance and advice to new team members, helping to resolve transfer queries and chasing Unit Trust and SIPP transfers where required with Fund Managers and Old Plan Managers.
