Position: - Process Developer
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days holiday + pension
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5:00pm
Location: Canterbury, Ashford, Sittingbourne, Dover area

A leading food manufacturer is seeking a Process Developer to meet the growing demand for their products. The company intends to build on its current successes and is looking for a career driven professional to be a part of their planned growth. The company is based in Kent and the ideal candidate should live within a commutable distance from their site however candidates willing to relocate will also be considered.
The role will involve:-
Organise trials and launches
Negotiate materials
Collect data (yield and data)
Improve and ensure quality is being achieved
Coaching and support manufacturing staff
Interaction with customers
Work in all areas of the factory
The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in a food related subject and have experience working within a Quality, Technologist or Processing department in a food environment.
As the role involves working under pressure and to targets you must be able to plan and prioritise your time.
