This is the ideal role for a motivated graduate (or equivalent) with good administrative skills, looking to develop their career within a successful and established company.
As a Junior Product and Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the Commercial Manager. You will be tasked with co-ordinating a variety of marketing activities, including maintaining the marketing calendar, saving and filing relevant offers and maintaining departmental spreadsheets.
Your other duties will include:
- Updating and maintaining data including figures for the marketing budget
- Co-ordinating the production of marketing materials and campaigns
- Administering and reporting on sales incentives
- Compiling and maintaining work on progress reports, ROI reporting and competitor price analysis
To be considered for the role of Junior Product and Marketing Assistant, you must have a degree (or equivalent), preferably in business or travel and tourism and basic administrative skills. You will also need to be familiar with MS office suite.
Additionally, you will be accurate, organised and have a good attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are also key.
Although not essential, the ability to speak any foreign languages would be an advantage to your application.
