My client is a well respected hotel group in its own right, with the added benefit of being part of a large international hotel group with over 3,500 hotels around the world.

This is an excellent opportunity for a young and up and coming individual to progress your career with an award winning employer.

You will be responsible for maximising the high quality of services throughout the hotels food & beverage facilities.

A minimum of 2 years experience of working within a banqueting team is essential and well as experience of maximising the earning potential of a number of food & beverage outlets.

You will play a large part in coordinating the services delivered by the Food & Beverage department to ensure the guest and visitors receive the best available service.

Working with various departments throughout the hotel, you will assist in budget and sales planning and assist in the training of the food & beverage team.

If you have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, are able to listen and communicate to a high standard, the this may be the position for you.
