My client is actively looking to recruit for a Residential Lettings Negotiator based in West Drayton and Staines
As Residential Lettings Negotiator you will be accountable for the development of new lettings business within your selected geographical area. Duties will include maintaining good clientele relationships and ensuring all records and details are updated. You will also conduct and qualify sales appointments as well as identifying business opportunities and updating clients with tenancy progresses.
Please be aware that you will be required to work every 2:3 Saturdays from 8.45am to 4.00pm with a day off in lieu to be taken Tuesday-Thursday.
The successful candidate must possess a proven background within a targeted sales environment and in addition you must possess a strong solid background within administration. In addition you must be a car owner. An ARLA qualification would be beneficial but isn't essential.
