This position is being offered on a full time contract for up to one year. As Investment Trainer your main responsibility would be to ensure that all clients are fully trained on my clients services and products. Please be aware that this position does involve small amounts of travel to client sites so you must be prepared to travel when needed. You will be based in my clients London office which is within walking distance of London Liverpool Street and Fenchurch Street stations.
Specific duties for this position are as follows;
Liaise with clients to fulfil all external training requirements
Help to develop and design the training materials and user guides
Liaise with other training and development team members to ensure the consistency and high standard of training provided to clients and strategic partners
Provide training to the relevant parties using the companys website, tools and services both in person, on the phone and via web conferences
My client deals with investment products such as PEPs, ISAs, Bonds and Pensions and Life Products and would like someone that has knowledge of these to be able to hit the ground running. My client is flexible and will consider applications from candidates who have worked for an IFA and have paraplanner experience or even someone who has processing / administration / client services experience from an IFA, investment provider or fund manager.
