This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who is fluent in English and Romanian.

The successful Site Manager will have previous experience in the following area's -

- Ensuring health & safety on site

- Tasking all trades on site

- Planning of trades requirements

- Control of materials

- Inductions of trades onto site

- Use of Pillar system

- Snagging of site

- Handover of properties to client

- Liaison with client site management

- Liaison with clients commercial and operational management

- Assist project management in obtaining correct resources for the project

Key tasks involved in this role will include,

- Scoring reports

- Toolbox talk registrations

- Applications for payment

- Goods Received Notes

- Snagging reports

The successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth running of the project and all trades on site will report directly into them.
