Presently Project People are looking to expand further and due to our exciting plans for growth we require a number of new staff to join our team in Reading, these roles are not the typical aggressive new business orientated sales roles you may have heard of in recruitment you will be trained in a focused and effective way to resource, you will be asked to qualify applicants against existing technology orientated positions and handle the entire recruitment process from initial contact through to placement using a mixture of the skills you have learnt and your natural abilities. After an initial period working in this capacity your career will flourish and you can expect to move into account management and possibly into working with our clients on-site.
Applicants looking to apply do not need to have had any exposure to the recruitment industry as full training will be given but they will be expected to have a good academic record, a smart presentable appearance and some exposure to sales, account management, customer service or administration, additionally applicants will have exceptional written and verbal communication abilities and be able to naturally build rapport with both clients and colleagues.
