Debt Recovery / Collections Agents – Southend
From £14,000 negotiable + target related bonuses
My client is a well established yet continually growing Debt Management Company located in central Southend. Although it is expanding, the company have managed to maintain a small business attitude where staff welfare and development is seen as crucial to their continued success.
My client is looking for candidates with previous customer service / call centre experience ideally within a debt recovery / collections / credit control / telesales environment. However, if you are target orientated and used to working in a customer focused team environment, excellent training will be provided. You will need to possess strong communication and negotiation skills and be confident speaking to people on the telephone.

Working hours for this position are on a 3 week rota pattern, week 1 Monday – Friday 8am-4pm, week 2 Monday – Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday/Saturday 9am-5pm and week 3 Monday – Thursday 12pm-8pm.
