My client based in the Chelmsford area are looking for a senior Call Centre/Client manager to join them on a permanent full time basis. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on a company and can offer lots of skills and experience for the contact centre.
The contact centre includes phone, customer services and complaints. For this role, you MUST come from a Financial Services background
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have previous experience of managing up to 50 -60 employees or more. You must also have financial services experience (ideally 4-6 years or more) and be ideally from an investment background having dealt with Funds. You will be responsible for all areas of the business that involve client contact and you must have excellent customer service skills and knowledge. You will be responsible for customer services enquiries via phone and written letter and ideally you will have experience of both areas.
You will also be responsible for the complaints team and you must be able to demonstrate knowledge in this area too. The contact centre has to follow FSA guidelines and you will need to have experience and knowledge in working in a regulated environment.
My client needs someone who can come with a strategy and a determined work ethic. You should have knowledge of different telephone systems on the market as well as keeping up to date on other technology that could help the departments. Experience in managing client expectations and relationships is essential and if you have previous sales experience that would also be a key area however this is not essential.
