Telecoms Helpdesk Engineer

My client, a leading telecoms provider, is currently recruiting for a Telecoms Engineer to join their technical support / helpdesk department. This role involves providing support to the companys clients regarding installation/maintenance and trouble shooting of telecoms systems. To be considered for this position you will need to have previous internal helpdesk experience in a telecoms / telecommunications / telephony environment and must have knowledge of Avaya IP Office, LG or Splicecom systems.
My client is keen to find someone with very good technical knowledge, ideally they would like someone who is ACA (Avaya Certified Associate) or ACS / ACE qualified and who has a good general knowledge of telecoms systems. You must be confident, proactive and be good at troubleshooting.
