Job Details
Hours:Sunday 9.00pm - Friday 5.00pm
1 hour for lunch 1-2pm, also allowed off site between 2-3pm
Remuneration: 2 Bedroom flat
£14k per annum
Duties:
Being 1st point of contact for tenants
Dealing with any maintenance issues
Liaising with contractors/nurses
Building excellent rapport with tenants
On call 24 hours
Personal Profile:
Must have a caring disposition
Previous care working would be advantageous
First aider
Agree to a CRB check to be put into place
